@nach because people displaced unwillingly aren't considered a priority for many goverments and tourists are, despite the impact the later has in the environment. Imigrants are people thst need help from fellow humans as you and I would if our city/country would force us to leave. Also, helping people in need is the most human thing to do.

@rskikuli >because people displaced unwillingly aren't considered a priority for many goverments and tourists are, despite the impact the later has in the environment. People displaced unwillingly aren't migrants, more like refugees and it's in the interest of a particular state to take them if they want, no need to make it a matter of priority. Same for migrants imo, states already have problems on their own with their own people, bringing in outsiders won't fix those pre-existing problems. In fact, it may lead to even more issues in the long run like employers paying lower wages taking advantage of the immediate needs of migrants for example, and making those lower wages the standard. However tourists are a simple and sure way of bringing in $$$ to each state. Only need to accomodate them for a couple of days, make them spend money on local businesses and then they leave, doesn't get more simple than that.>Imigrants are people thst need help from fellow humans as you and I would if our city/country would force us to leave. Also, helping people in need is the most human thing to do.Sure, but no need to prioritize migrants/refugees over natives that are in need of help; homeless, jobless, disabled, orphans and more are in need of immediate help and should be prioritized over the needs of foreigners.

@nach it is obvious that we see the world from two parallel universes. In mine the priorities are fellow humans and in your rhetoric money and financial benefits. This approach in priorities and the need to define where someone in need can and can not stay gives me an idea of where this comes from (position of conservation of benefits?), but I'd better not be judgemental. Having been myself an imigrant, I honestly wish you and your loved ones not to be in that situation. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=VIfxDoQDaFE&pp=ygUUcGFlbGVsIHVuaXZlcnNlIHJoY3A%3D
