Hey Mastodon, I'm writing of one my PhD's chapters about the visual history of telecom/digital infrastructures. Have you ever seen papers/books/documents about that? I couldn't find much besides History of Information Graphics by Sandra Rendgen (@srendgen ?)I've started from telegraph lines in 1840 to nowadays, from geographical to logical maps. I would be very happy to see another take on that.#STS #Informationdesign #design

@gauthier That sure sounds like something Tom Jennings would know about, so knock knock @tomjennings here's this.There are some graphics along those lines in "ComputerLib / DreaMachines" by Ted Nelson.@srendgen
