I’ve been trying to eat more healthy and as such I’ve been looking at/reading ingredients listed in labels. I’ve come to the conclusion that 90% of food in grocery stores that tastes good has HFCS and artificial colorings. Eating healthy is freakin’ hard!

@obihahn I've started hitiing the bread produce meat and dairy sections onlyI stay out of town during the week so i do wind up with processed dinners as in room meals. ive dropped roughly 40 # since January.

@ThewTheKooky @obihahn To echo what others have said, only shop the outside walls, that's typically produce, meat, dairy, and bread.
