       @zoon Thanks A1--good stuff. I've always been a worry-er. I find that flipping worry on its head by being thankful for the thing I have that contrasts the worry to be very sufficient.

       @AwnryAble it is a bit of a mental hack but if you can master using it when worrying then life would conceivably get easier and more joy would be experienced.
