@BlueDouche This NATO page says they "don't vote"https://www.nato.int/cps/en/natohq/topics_49178.htmDecisions are by unanimous agreement only.Plus as I understand it NATO won't add Ukraine until the war is done and other (unspecified) criteria are met.

@mhjohnson Yes, but they did some kind of vote, even hands or yeas and nays, because it was reported that "The US and several other NATO Members were against adding Ukraine at this time.I'm aware of the bylaws preventing a nation from joining while at war or in an active border dispute, but those are no different than the bylaws they are IGNORING, to streamline Ukraine's addition, and make it one step, rather than 2 steps- with a probation period, as other NATO Article bylaws state.
