@alexis If you want to still have our instance (for a certain amount of time) blocked, im fine with it, however i would prefer if you at least change the reason since there are multiple projects scanning for block reasons. Nevertheless, I would like to comment on the points of your post:I wont change blobcathyper, since pleroma/akkoma and mastodon/glitch-soc do have a setting to not animate emojis until there is a click on it / someone hovers over it.Also, as a small hint: You might wana consider blocking all of the akkoma & *key softwares, since if someone opens the origin post, there is a chance to get seizures since all of those softwares could use something called mfm (Misskey flavored Markdown) which allows to make animations and color changing. As far as i know, mastodon also dont has the possibility to remove posts based on their origin type. That someone think themselfes that cis as a bad thing or at least doesnt like to be called like that, is either 2 years old (opinions might have changed) and falls in the category of "unpopular opinion which is expressed respectfully" which we do allow here. I would like to mention that people who are not actively involved with the LGBT community, but who have nothing against the people who belong to it, may misunderstand some of the phrases. In generall, we do not associate with other instances. Imho, federation with bad instances should not concern a third party instance, since its their own decision to block bad actors. But let me make a small example:The default blocking behavior is: If someone makes threats to you and you have already blocked the bad instance, you wont get the post.In our Situation it might be: Someone sees a post from us and based on this, tries to make threads to you but you have already blocked the bad instance, you wont get the post either. It is our decision to enforce our rules locally only. The software we use allows the user to have control over server mutes/blocks, so the administration can decline the authority to of the instance wide mute/blocklist, and leave this up to the user. Something for which I stand politically strong and beside of that i can take the time to care more about local rules and conflicts.> I originally didn't issue a report as I had already determined the server to be malicious given the previous actor associations and my trying to keep the death threats under control. I can understand that, I would like to thank you for not immediately cutting off communication with my testing/dev instance and that we could talk about things. Thats more than others have done. :ablobcatheartsqueeze:
