Currently updating this long list of #Mastodon instances and I have a question for you...https://coxy.co/mastodon/I want to keep a listing of instances that existed, but are now inactive.Right now they are part of the main list, but marked as inactive. Do you think this is okay, or should I make a third table of sites at the end of the page?

@gingerrroot Because last time I updated that row in the table, it loaded for over 2 mins and failed to resolve so I presumed it was dead.I see now that it's not and will update accordingly.Thanks for catching it.

@matt It would give smoother reading if the inactive ones were on another list. Most are looking for active instances only.PS. You forgot to add oslo.town! 😉

Nice!So the first list is for community/specialty instances?I would still put closed instances in a list under the main one - one for specialty, one for regional... and include the specialty for the "gone" ones as well, in case someone wants to try them just in case.Also, you forgot babb.no! 😁
