@WaughheadRex I think there was an unspoken understanding in Kremlin that this war can be used to kill off the most volatile and unruly men, especially those defending Novorossiya since 2014. Which is pretty much what has been happening naturally throughout all of human history.But Putin has no intention to reduce overall Russian population, as can be seen through policies to support families with children. And I see no attempts from Euros to do anything about migrants, let alone send them into a meatgrinder.
