       @CSBHOTSQUAD Remember during covid we saw politicians masking up just before a photo shoot and then take the mask off again? It's the same principle at play.  A lot of these " stunts" are done on the advice of social scientists, it's intended  to "nudge" the plebs towards behavioural change. It's signalling, but less so their own virtue as it is to teach the plebs "desired" virtues.
