       Dear Crunchyroll,I just wanted you to know that the only reason I put up with your broken ass website is that there is no alternative.  I can deal with the abysmal UX, the chaotic, inconsistent organisation structure, or even the regular force logouts. But if I can't watch anything, because your stupid AB-testing library crashes the website 10s after the stream starts playing, it's unusable for me.I want you to know that as things are now, the moment there is another provider with a similar catalog I will cancel my subscription and never ever look at your monstrosity of a website again.
