@Donjanusgjrdrm Step 1: water leak.Step 2: government regulated monopoly fails to do anything about it.Step 3: single family homes erased, and now they get to put up more skyscraper ghetto low income housing.We can talk and question all we want about what steps were intentional or not. But we should change the policies by voting to remove Democrat power.

@Donjanusgjrdrm Step 1: water leak.Step 2: sink.By the way, it seems to me that around there, a lot of the hills are made out of a very sandy material that can just blow away. A water leak would easily pull whole hills down by draining the sand away, especially if there's some sort of river underneath that can carry all that sand away. I bet someplace there's a higher ocean bed and nearby a bigger beach. Beachgoers may be enjoying that new sand right now.

@Donjanusgjrdrm If the government regulated and created monopoly utilities are stuffed with affirmative action service companies that deal with customers like cost centers, then they will probably just hire lawyers and deny accountability for the damage they caused by not fixing the leak, despite them being 100% at fault for all the damage due to not repairing the leak in a timely manner. But, that may just be a secondary issue if a river opened up underneath from some other source, like
