       None of the big services who have made noise about adopting activity pub have done it yet. I'm starting to think it's just noise they make to reassure investors, and larger players that they won't be silo'd. Then they hope the people settle in and forget about it.

       @futurebird Tumblr was always a puzzle, their format doesn't lend itself to Mastodon compatibility (or indeed anything compatibility). Still, it's a shame.I think Threads is going to do it. They launched in a hurry, missing so many features.
