Thanks to the clownshow that is FNB, I am no longer able to securely transact online: All of my 3DSecure prompts go to the FNB App, and while I'm able to tap Approve on them, since I can't actually log into the app itself, it doesn't seem to send the 3DS confirmation.I've been reduced to using Ozow and handing out my FNB online banking details because of this shit.Honestly can't wait to get rid of them now, it's beyond tragic.

@george Nah I'm already on team BankZero. My next salary goes into a BZ cheque account, card is ready to go, the lot.All I'm waiting for now is for BZ to support cross-border SWIFT, and then I'll be able to properly jump ship.Still considering holding on to my FNB credit card though, it's got a decent limit and interest rate, but I might even can that if I get a better deal somewhere else.

In case you're new to the story:* Can't log into personal online banking at all* Resetting my password caused my online banking profile to reset, requiring re-activation* The only way I can activate it is by inserting a card into an ATM* I don't have the PIN numbers for any of my cards - I kept them all on the FNB App* The last time I was at a branch, the consultant was unable to activate my profile themselves, and told me to use the ATM* Which I can't do, because I have no PIN* Catch-22
