@stux I can't help but wonder if setting up an entire Mastodon instance for just a couple of accounts is such a great idea. Most overheid.nl websites are governed by a CMS. It would be an easy trick to add AP support onto it instead.

@stux I wonder when the Belgian goverment would do the same. 🇧🇪 That would be a (big) leap forward.It's not that creating a private instance is rocket science. You can even link your instance to an Identity Provider (a central place where you can login and use multiple platforms with that same account)

@stux @briankrebs Dutch government is really progressive on many things in IT. If I were ti guess which country would first invest in something like this, I'd bet on them...
