@boilingsteam I am interested in how to make games and immersion work, more of game dev side really. It is niche alright, but I am not gonna complain about my Oculus Quest 2.

@riley Yeah it all feels like it was overhyped way too early - or that the intrinsic limitations of the tech may be hard to overcome to gather widespread interest.

@boilingsteam I'm interested in the concept still but have yet to find a VR option that I would buy. All are pretty heavy on DRM and closed eco systems for my liking.

@boilingsteam I actually have a Valve Index and I play VR from time to time (On Linux btw). It's really fun, most of the time I just don't feel like moving so much haha.

@boilingsteam I'm very interested but find the biggest barriers to regularly enjoying it are 1. not wanting to move much and 2. lack of replayable games - currently the only thing I regularly go back to is beatsaber and even then I spend the first 30-45 minutes of each play session trying to curate new custom songs to stay interested.
