       @w7voa as I understand it, one big problem with cluster munitions is that not all of the bomblets explode, thus effectively turning wherever one is used into a minefield.  I'm no expert here, but I'm wondering if painting the bomblets orange could reduce this danger and make the subsequent cleanup easier and safer.(Note that I am *not* advocating their use here, just thinking about mitigating their damage to civilians.)
