       @itnewsbot Ehh basically because the CEO is batshit insane, that's why they didn't do it? Seems like a lame copout. I suspect they'd be good at it given they're good at "exclusifying" things. Moderation, user flow control via an invite system would slow the advance of bigots and make users accountable for who they bring in....oh wait Bluesky already doing that. Might work for other platforms too if they did that.

       @itnewsbot Can say that again. And in fact social media belong in the public domain, open source and regulated. Nobody needs to earn money on my and other people's opinion while in the same time manipulating it!
