@SirCandinavian You can read the article for an analysis of each phrase, but the gist of it is that the state uses very misleading, often vague language to refer to the crimes that it commits. An example is "enhanced interrogation techniques", which is simply a wordy way to say "torture".

@SirCandinavian Yeah, and the people who correctly point out that these phrases are bullshit get called traitors, conspiracy theorists etc.It's a very sinister and manipulative tactic that I believe is greatly responsible for how the state manages to convince so many people that it is not only "necessary", but also a "force for good".
