@purplepadma So I hear from a lot of people, but very crowded with tourists too I would think? Italy is one of my favourite holiday destinations, I do plan on visiting Cinque Terre some day..

@purplepadma Whats the nicest place you have ever visited? I am a big fan of the former Yugoslavian countries. Slovenia is absolutely lovely! And also Dubrovnik impressed me very much..

@Krisss I loved Slovenia too! Such a compact size but with so many different terrains and climates. IDK it’s so hard to pick. Switzerland is absolutely beautiful, but so is Greece, and so are Caribbean islands, but all in such different ways. Next year we’re going to Aruba and Curaçao in the spring and northern Spain and Portugal in the summer. I’ve never visited the greener, northern provinces of Spain before but I’ve always wanted to

@purplepadma Yes Northern Spain is definitely on my bucket list too! And I agree with how you describe Slovenia. I really love Ljubljana as a city too. Also pretty compact, but so lovely. And a good thing as well is that the prices are very reasonable in that region. Although these days you can say that about basically any country when you live in Holland 😑😉

@purplepadma No I think our prices are around the same level. UK being maybe a bit more expensive still. But that could have changed, I remember it being the case when I frequently visited, but then we are talking about 15 years ago..

@purplepadma Have you seen a lot of NL? I have to say of GB I mainly visited London, Manchester a couple of times and Leicester. But I would love to see more of the country someday, other than the big cities..
