@lmorchard So, the font is Futura Extra Black Condensed, and while we in the geek world associate it with Infocom, it was actually rather famous as a heavily-overused advertising font in general throughout the 1980s and 1990s. (I bought the font to use it in the GET LAMP documentary.)

@textfiles @lmorchard Also TSR used Futura bold & book style up thru 1980-ish, so a lot of us OSR gamers use it to set "old stuff" tone.
