@anneapplebaum I think we're already used to Russia performing any atrocity possible so there are no additional reactions left. Or do you mean it should cause military escalation?I expect that's what Putin wants. I see no other reason for doing something like this.

@troed @anneapplebaum Vladimir Putin and his backers think their war is already really with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, which they believe would inevitably attack Russia. In this frame, it isn't escalation, but rather a recognition of a (distorted beyond recognition) reality.

Because Jelqinsky downplayed the threat of a Russian invasion to begin with so that NATO wouldn't try to stop it.You see, if Russia *doesn't* invade Ukraine then it would be a lot harder for Jelqinsky and other jews to embezzle money that was supposed to go to the fight against Russia.He doesn't actually want to win this war as much as he wants to keep stealing taxpayer money from the goyim that the jews in the USA are sending to him, and no doubt getting kickbacks on.It's so funny how stupid people are these days. They can't even see the simple psychological tricks that Jelqinsky is playing on them by wearing an olive green shirt like the frontline troops wear.He does this because he knows that people will subconsciously think that he is directly involved in the fight instead of just embezzling money like he is doing. You have to be careful around "people" like him, they are very tricky. Shysters even.
