       Beyond the Finnegan Biden "parody" issue, a cursory review of much of the alleged "coercion" on pp. 97-99 involves complaints regarding COVID-19 misinformation being spread on platforms.Remember again that Judge Doughty casts this as attacking "'conservative' free speech"

       Admittedly I can't find an archive of the alleged Finnegan Biden "impersonation" /"parody" account, depending on how you see it. Musk's changes seem to have broken some archiving functions.I did find this screenshot from an archive of TheDonald. It doesn't seem flagged as a parody to me. Folks could disagree (issues of parody have been much-discussed in 1A litigation for good reason), but FWIW someone took it at face value and shared it as granddaughter's own words on TheDonald.

       Okay, this is just absurd.Following the publication of the anti-lockdown "Great Barrington Declaration," Francis Collins emailed Anthony Fauci with concerns about the GBD and proposed a "quick and devastating published take down of its premises."Collins and Fauci then criticized the GBD as "fringe" and "dangerous" in public media statements. After that, social media platforms allegedly began *independently* removing links to the GBD.That, per Judge Doughty, amounts to government coercion.

       In fact, it seems like Judge Doughty accepted the "coercion" framing even after appearing to ACCEPT that the particular defendants did not actually meet with or contact any social media platforms!If I'm reading this correctly, Dr. #Fauci's decision to simply push back against fringe anti-lockdown weirdness in published news articles, BY ITSELF, was sufficiently coercive to amount to impermissible government suppression of speech in Judge Doughty's eyes!
