It's amazing that every time Twitter fucks up a bunch of people flock here, famously known as NOT TWITTER, and then complain that it's not exactly like Twitter.Nothing will ever be exactly like Twitter ever again. Not Bluesky, not here, not anything. And considering that you CHOSE to leave Twitter and seek out something different, that's probably a good thing.

@ItsJenNotGoblin to be fair, a lot them just want what Twitter was pre-Musk. If someone could replicate that exactly for them they’d be happy enough.

@john well do I have some news for them about the treatment of many of us who came here WAY before musk, and why we left Twitter. Pretending like Musk destroyed it all on his own while Jack Dorsey let Nazis, TERFs, and other bad actors run rampant there for YEARS is some ostrich bullshit.

@Tim_Eagon @ItsJenNotGoblin Sure, and it's why I jumped early (I was crossposting Before the Musk era) – I never liked Twitter all that much. But plenty of people did, clearly!
