       My daughter is doing work experience this week at a gallery in Mayfair.  She came home yesterday saying "the people in Mayfair seem quite rich".  What an understatement!   Think she is realising there is a whole other world for the very rich.

       @jamie @dick_turpin it was definitely a case of us tapping up all the contacts we had to find her something.   One of her friends didn't manage to arrange anything and got allocated litter picking in the local park by 6th form college!

       @jamie TBF, getting placements these days for work experience is a nightmare. You've got all these kids desperate to get onto an apprenticeship which for businesses leaves very little scope for work experience placements.@luke

       @luke Yeah, we've stopped offering apprenticeships for the time being, as it's just a nightmare with all the hoops you have to jump through.@jamie
