can anyone help me with laptop gaming?I am really confused with integrated graphics. How can I tell how good they are or what my gaming experience will be like?I am thinking about getting a newer laptop that I can use with a dock, but I don't want a gaming laptop.I don't have much expectations in terms of graphics. I don't mind 1080p or even 720p gaming at 30fps if the game is funCurrently mostly playing DRG, Trackmania and some indie games.

@littlefoxone I use the integrated graphics on my desktop and I don't have many issues with the games I play, but it's mostly emulation up to the GC/Wii, indie games like Hollow Knight or games that are more CPU bound than GPU bound (like Rimworld).Currently I'd say my main bottleneck is that I'm still on an HDD and games are less and less made with that in mind so load times can get a bit crusty sometimes, with Tabletop Simulator notably having crashed my desktop a few times because it downloads assets faster than it can write them to the disk so it ends up eating literally all my RAM. But if you're going with an SSD it might be fine?I also only have a 1080p60 monitor so of course I'm not playing at higher resolution or framerates.

@littlefoxone My desktop is running an AMD Ryzen 3 2200G CPU with an integrated AMD ATI Radeon Vega Series GPU. 8GB of RAM. Using a hard drive with an advertised 7200 RPM but it's really not very fast, and it's a few years old now so that doesn't help :bunCry: Even with similar hardware though a laptop will probably not run as well because airflow / cooling won't be as good as a desktop.Overall I'm satisfied of my setup, though I want to swap to an SSD at some point. Not the biggest PC gamer so I don't mind not running the latest AAA games.
