       @EU_Commission  I wonder how the new #Threads project by Zuckerberg squares with any of this?  As far as I can see,  as a naive consumer, it absolutely does not.  Keep #Threads away from Mastodon and the Fediverse, please.

       @EU_Commission it doesn’t work, the EU from the citizen’s perspective is too difficult to enforce and we have nowhere to turn when someone violates our rights

       @EU_Commission I love the hate crime against the UK, making it even more of a ghost country than Norway by your choice of shade of grey, almost invisible. The forgotten land. The pariah of Europe.And what's that big lake of absolute non-existence in the middle there? 🤔 And a whole continents - just gone!        @EU_Commission - How does this help to protect EU citizens from non-EU companies? It doesn't. This is currently the biggest threat. You have to enforce #GDPR, and you already all legal instruments to do this. Use them!
