       @FortyTwo yuck. His views on issues like this are typical dem views. Still, he's a much better choice than anyone else I've seen. Not looking to recreate a trump v hillary situation again though

       @Mumu I've spent most of the night reading about him:* he was a druggie for 10 years leading up to his bust for heroin possession* he's a global warming, climate change nut — he was also anti-keystone xl pipeline and, naturally, anti-coal* he's an opponent of nuclear power and he has his hands in the pies of several other "green energy" endeavors (solar/windmill/etc)* he's anti-gun do electric dams (it's on his wiki page, I wish I was making this up)

       @FortyTwo There was a clip of him recently where he attributed the mass shootings to the pharmaceutical industry. Then I see even more recent stuff where he'd sign assault weapons ban immediately. 🙄

       @leftout @FortyTwo RFK’s definitely bucking the system. He’s not bucking the system on enough fronts to be considered populist by either side although that’s his claim to fame. What I don’t get is conservatives thinking of his candidacy favorably when he’s a flaming liberal and not a closeted one.
