@tlapil no les incautaron su servidor, en una investigación sobre su participación en una protesta (no dice cual) incautaron sus electrónicos, CASUALMENTE, en ese momento estaba trabajando con la BD de mastodon sin encriptar así que el FBI tiene acceso a ésta copia NO AL SERVIDOR.Sobre el administrador, el hilo mismo dice que de momento tiene la ayuda que necesita pero si después se requiere mas lo anunciarán.

@maop @tlapil a mi me pasaron la voz sobre eso, y lo q yo lei o mejr dicho entendi debido al ingles no tan entendible x mi, es q si allanaron su domicilio (u oficina) detuviendole y al menos 1 parte d los servidores en general es lo q han incautao. pero desde kolektiva dicen q tienen todo encriptado hasta los moviles q usan,q no hay problema con eso. pero hay gente q dice q 1 par d meses antes vieron algunas vulneraciones, y les criticaban eso x no alertar a lxs q usan su red.

@maop @tlapil y si, poca gente ha mencionado a la persona q fue capturada, + creo le deben estar odiando x dejarse capturar. como si eso no podria nunca llegar a pasar con redes d contrainformacion, y como si esto fuese algo nuevo en la movida, y como si el internet aun con toda su encriptacion y demas herramientas fueran 100% seguras y privadas y anonimas.ya paso con otros blogs hace no mucho tiempoy ya sabemos q existen pegasus y demas herramientas y compañias espias con alta tecnologia

@maop @tlapil desde el comienzo esta clarito aun sin entender mucho el ingles y sin usar el traductor...In mid-May 2023, the home of one of Kolektiva.social's admins was raided, and all their electronics were seized by the FBI. The raid was part of an investigation into a local protest. Kolektiva was neither a subject nor target of this investigation. Today, that admin was charged in relation to their alleged participation in this protest.

@maop @tlapil y sigueUnfortunately, at the time of the raid, our admin was troubleshooting an issue and working with a backup copy of the Kolektiva.social database. This backup, dated from the first week of May 2023, was in an *unencrypted* state when the raid occurred and it was seized, along with everything else.The database is the heart of a Mastodon server. A database copy such as the one seized may include any of the following user data, in this case up to date as of early May 2023

@maop @tlapil el arresto de lx admin ha sido a mediados de mayo y al parecer aun sige en custodia y encima lo ponen como q su situacion ta de la cagada pero tiene la defensa legal"Our admin's legal situation is shitty, but they currently have the support and legal representation they need"y x eso tambien han recibido criticas x no alertar a tiempo la detencion y el operativo. pero recalcan q tiene todo encriptado menos esa parte no ecnriptada en q lx admin taba trabajando y fue confiscada
