       Trying to deal with customer support:me: hi, I can't login to my account. It gives an error saying "Street Address contains invalid characters" and the error happened after you did a website update, so I'm pretty sure it's giving an error on my address having an # character for the apartment instead of Aptthem: I don't see any issues with your accountme: I really think it's the # character, can you check?        I was unable to access this account for like 8 months because of this. I asked employees in person, but nobody could help. They said I had to call or chat with their support which was extra annoying
