fedi feels like the kinda place that really filters out the lurkers, because it's really hard to just passively consoom content on such a niche network like this that also had bad discoverability. you've kinda just got to keep posting and get deeper and deeper into its culture to meet cool people

@dissociativity @nyx get n-acetyl cysteine + l-theanine + l-tyrosine and take those daily for a while and see if it does anything for the anhedonia, they all help with getting to baseline dopamine. also like, personal fulfillment bullshit obviously but coming off of drugs makes it hard chemically to get normal too. (recovering meth addict here dealing with similar situation)
