PLEASE I need to see katana-on-riotnig video. I knew a guy that worked one of these calls, guy was some felon who only had an ebay katana, ended up carving right through some dbag breaking into his house. Said the guy had giant, deep cuts all over his arms and torso, probably had 500 stitches if he survived

Always always always have to remind people that a shitty sword is still a sword, and regardless of if it survives the first cut you're losing something important. You deserve to die if you don't respect it. Even 800 years ago, all swords weren't masterwork pieces. You would probably call a lot of the lower end blades pot metal if they were made today. Doesn't matter. Just has to survive today's battle.

@confederatehobo Most $100 ‘Chinkshit’ katanas are closer to shaving-sharp than theatrically dull. Adrenaline and poor form means you’re getting messed up pretty bad. He didn’t see how far down into the bone it went but it at least hacked out notches in the guys forearms, the only place he didn’t get hit was in the legs

@WashedOutGundamPilot for home defense, use a club or a spear. both are much easier to use than sword. Preferably a club, unless you want to go down the 3S route.
