Gene Roddenberry's original concept for the Ferengi was for them to have the biggest cocks of any species in Federation space so they would have to wear massive codpieces and waddle instead of walking. @Matty the funny thing is gab already went through all that. They even tried federation for a little bit, but what happened was people were running a script to simulate another federated server and DoS send federation messages to fake accounts to lock the servers up. Gab was not usable until they turned off federation, and is rather nice now that they built their own back-end.Donno why they used node.js, but it works for them I guess.

@Matty Thats what I thought, but supposedly there are certain things that can be done to make it multi-threaded, or something.I don't really care, still hate node.js (and PHP). The only project that I've seen that makes sense to use node.js is Foundry Virtual Table Top simulator.
