       @pony@blovice.bahnhof.cz My guess is it was a basketball court or something, then it got abandoned and the local authorities just didn't care enough to dismantle the concrete, happens here that ÚMO doesn't maintain the playgrounds, nobody living around it doesn't maintain it too, and then ÚMO dismantles the most useful parts of them and rebuild the one that's left
