       @IAMAL_PHARIUS I think it's older, and his hand was severed by a train or something.All the posts I saw about it yesterday kept saying "hands", plural. Obviously, only one of his hand is cut off.This is supposedly during a riot, and it's completely calm. You hear no rioting people in the video, no sirens, not even fireworks.
