       also, i know everyone's tired of hearing "you're valid," but i feel it's important when discussing disability to say that everyone with invisible disabilities like chronic pain, mental illness and neurodivergences are still valid in calling themselves disabled,  even if they are able-bodied and "don't look disabled." you shouldn't be excluded from disabled communities and you should be proud of your struggle, no matter how "small" it may seem to you <3
