@musictravelerI don't know social tensions in France enough to judge, so I'm merely making a note of this event, maybe hoping a bit that someone would be able to shed some light on the situation.One distinctive social feature of #Fediverse I've noted so far is that it loves tribal presentation of any social issues as totally good-vs-evil. Specifically, we're completely unable to describe any situation where one oppressed group switches into oppressor against another one and the savoir vivre here is to simply pretend nothing happened 🤷♂️
