If you don’t take the job, are you discriminating against them?Specifically, this case was about custom web design. Same fucking thing. It’s the exact same situation as the baker and the cake. If you just sold generic goods and refused to sell to person x because they’re a Nazi or Gay (same difference), that’s an entirely different case.We’re talking about custom commissioned art that falls into the grounds of compelled speech.

Well I'm talking about the law, not what should or shouldn't. Specifically we're talking about the civil rights act (which prevents you from discriminating based on race/sex/etc.) vs the 1st amendment (compelled speech in this case). Basically, human rights won and the leftist morons have lost their shit over it.

Speech is literally the very first human right defined in the US constitution. It is the foundation for all other rights.Abortion is about competing rights.
