       I hope turning into an exclusive members-only club is the straw that breaks Twitter's back. People have been treating it like a public service and town square for a long time, and requiring registration just to look at something will surely piss off governments

       @lewdthewides it already did, try to scroll down when looking at logged-out twitter profiles, you cant, it will give you a log-in popup. this is why i use nitter
