       I just started to wonder about handwriting. You know how some handwriting looks more "female" and some looks "male"? Is that perception only a cultural thing, or does a handwriting style actually tend to match a person's gender? 🤔  (Of course, what your handwriting looks like also has to do with what and how you were taught, and it probably has a strong genetic component as well - my mother's handwriting looks almost exactly like her twin sister's.)

       @KAOS I've been told multiple times I got a female handwriting style... so I assume that the general stance on that is: "if it is readable, it's written by a female".

       @KAOS @grillchen They're on an akkoma instance, as far as I can see a pretty privacy-minded one. It might well be that the instance is using an allowlist instead of a blocklist for federation.A partial profile is still visible on the web, but the URL path differs a bit from Mastodon.

       @anathem @KAOS mhh nah this instance is actually made to be veeeery open. only thing i hide is follower numbers/following numbers because i personally dont wanna see it. no idea what went wrong but i guess just a federation hickuphere is a link to the conversation directly on my instance. u can read all the posts in this conversation in the browser.
