       A #lemmy confession: I have never been able to subscribe to a community on a server other than the one I am on, unless it already appears on my instance's communities page. I do not even know whether this is a missing lemmy feature, a problem with federation, or because of the main instance I'm on being widely blocked.

       @wirthy You can subscribe by using @emacs and not !emacs@lemmy.ml @carcosa
