if anybody happens to be running macOS Mavericks, can they use diskutil to mount their EFI partition and zip and send me the files there? there's normally like 1-2 folders there named BOOT and APPLE. it's for a recovery i'm doing and might save me hours of work.

@lore My EFI partition only has 1 file: EFI/APPLE/EXTENSIONS/Firmware.scapMy installation has a separate "Boot OS X" partition. I'm using Apple mirrored RAID (the one that predated CoreStorage) so my partition layout might be very different from what you are looking for.I have a 10.9 recovery flash drive somewhere, I'll see if I can find it. Are you sure 10.9 is what you want, I was pretty sure you've been using something more recent 🤔

@m0xee sorry, OP has been edited. that was supposed to be Monterey, not Mavericks.

@lore Oh, can't help you then. I may have a 10.11 recovery image too, but not anything newer than that 😔

@lore I have Ventura, if that counts. I don't believe the EFI file is any different from Monterey to Ventura.
