       Have reached the age where I came across a song I liked what i thought was 3 or 4 years ago, looked at when it came out and see it was released in 2002. It's been 20 years not 3. Yikes!

       @morinka @yarnlady I still have my 2006 iPod connected in my car. It hasn't updated in years and it's full of songs I downloaded in college! It's like a 3000 song time capsule from the 1980s until 2010ish.

       @mst3kt @morinka that's pretty much what I listen to, lol. Throw in some 50s and 60s because that's what my dad listened to all the time. TIDAL has been a great walk down memory lane.

       @yarnlady @mst3kt Same here, use my old iPod for podcasts while gardening. It’s pain in the ass to sync it with the new macOS but found a way. Time capsule - that’s a nice way to put it. Have it totally the same. And with movies too. I rarely listen to music or watch movies made after 2010-ish. Some gems here and there but very little. I’d rather see 3x old 30’s movie than Avatar again. And I love classical music and opera. And folk/country songs - as a child we sang with mom while cleaning.

       @yarnlady remember when Jennifer Garner married Ben Affleck and popped out two kids then decided to retire and raise them. I just saw that her daughter is 17 now and some other celeb that you think of having a small child really has a 23 year old daughter now. Where did that decade go?
