       Italians don't even cook their own food right.Right way: the Italian sausage is cooked on the pan, water never touches it.Italians boil it.Eggplant parmagana: Anglos basically make french toast with huge slices of eggplant on the griddle, then finish it baked in the oven with cheese and tomato sauce.Italians cut one measly slice of one single eggplant into unrecognizable bits that are indistinguishable from the sauce, er I mean I guess it's "gravy" here.Anglos rinse their pasta; the right way to do things for most dishes.Italians mix the unrinsed starchy pasta with the tomato sauce all together before serving creating a gloppy off putting and sandy tasting mess.
