@selea was also broken on arch, ostree was updated. If anyone on arch still have this issue, update your system.

@bogdan Yeah I had this problem yesterday too, but I did not bother.And today I checked what the problem was.I will wait for an update from Fedora instead of trying to apply the workaround.
