@vkc, if it’s my website I figure putting a mailto in place could do; not sure if customers would be happy with that though.

@vkc I usually only use a contact form when there is no other discernible way on the websites to contact the group running the website.

@vkc But if I had a website, and I _had_ to do a contact form for it. I would choose anything except a external third party tool.
