       This meme went by and I sent the image to my friend who is also a professor of Old English/Medieval Studies, and she texts back, "PLOT TWIST! These are actually Normans!" And then..."I'm not actually sure that all of those figures are Normans. I'd have to take another look at the Bayeaux Tapestry..." Seriously, I love it when people nerd out. 😂 Just so much.
