Two simple questions for y’all this morning: 1) Who here rises like a spring chicken in the mornings - all giddy up and AND go ready to take on whatever comes their way?ANDWho rises up in the mornings with that look on their face of “I’ll kill you if you so much as look at me”I’m definitely number two. At least until I’ve had several cups of coffee and about an hour or so to get woke up really good.

@wtawtaw_gal Mornings (after I’ve had my coffee) is my favorite part of the day. I usually get up at about 5:30AM. I’d say around 6:30AM is my favorite part of the day. Coffee has kicked in, the Grouchiness has left me, and usually by that time I’m feeling like a human being again🤣

@MarcusJ65 Interesting the differences in "waking up". For whatever reason (work related or otherwise - who knows), I was always an early riser. Not one that needed to pry my eyes wit tooth picks🤣 .Also, for some reason 🤷, I no longer "require coffee immediately!!. Just some coffeeGo figure.lol

@DeWalt I love the little mule. I recently bought a new 4-wheeler. I wanted a UTV with a dumb bed on it. They had a 4-5 month wait on those so I went ahead and got the 4-wheeler.

@TerriC Yep! Same here? I call it brain fog. But, Add to that, getting my body to stand upright. I can get a perfect night of sleep and it still doesn’t matter. I always feel like I’ve been wrestling with a large beast every morning I wake up. As a matter of fact, that’s what drives me to get outta bed at 5:30. I know the longer I lay there the worse it’ll be. I’m not Not complaining though! I’m just thankful the good Lord blessed me with another day.

@DeWalt At 6AM I’m still seeing double and gradually regaining bodily functions. Ive made it my mission to get up and have at least 2 cups of coffee before my wife & son wake up. No one likes to be around Groucho! And honestly, I hate for them to see that side of me.

@MarcusJ65 Four is my starting time. I fill my Yeti cup and head out on my Lil Mule "Pepe".Something peaceful about a misty morn counting Cows. Most times they're bedded down. Makes em easier to count.Then ride fence and take the Bronco and head to the garden. Depending on what's sprouting, breakfast might start there. Turn on the irrigation and head home bout Six for my second cup.
