Not sure if anyone needs this information - the Target tags aren’t NFC or RFID and more importantly aren’t due packed. If you get to leave with these as more self check out happens - being careful as there is a pin through the clothes - separating the two parts with a screw driver will snap it half.#FlipperZero detected no #NFC or #RFID - leaving it intact as much as I can - I’m intrigued about the pin and unlock mechanism as a powerful magnet didn’t trigger it - based on the coil I think an electric field may be involved in the removal. I’ll need to do more googling until the #ADHD kicks in and this #SideQuest gets a new side quest.

@dustinfinn This looks like a fun side quest! Now you have me really curious.It looks like it might have a spring in there to retract the pin.I'm not sure what that thing that looks like an electromagnet is doing in there. That might just be the thing that the sensors at the store exit detect.If you can disassemble the pin side (right side in the pictures) further, it might become clearer.
