       @Fullycaffeinated Different subject but partner keeps saying they didn’t know this word, or that word, and that’s the ones in the higher class. The other day it was solitary, and he’s getting so pissed off with it now and their clueless stupidity and the fact that they don’t care and have no interest in knowing anything.

       @HebrideanHecate I have students who have made it through twelve years of French and can't conjugate simple verbs in the present tense. These are covered around grade 3. I shouldn't have to go over them with the graduating class. I've had a kid tell me, with a straight face, that verbs and adjectives only exist in French, not in English which is why they are so hard. 🤦
