@Reanne13 human tablets come in 3mg 6mg 12mg. The ED/LG ratio is quite high/safe (effective dose/lethal dose). Take a 10 day series along with 50mg zinc.

@Reanne13 The normal dosage for parasites is around 0.2 mg per kilogram of body weight. 115 lb = 52 kg x 0.2 mg = 10 mg dosage.The paste is sold as a specific concentration, usually 1.87%, so to figure out how much paste to use, you have to divide the dosage by that percentage: 10 mg รท 0.0187 = 534 mg = 0.534 grams of paste. Measure by weight with a scale.

@AwnryAble @radix023 update: It took exactly 3 days of treatment to completely eliminate pin worms. It's been a couple weeks and it looks like she's in the clear. Thank you to all who contributed in giving advice.
